Angel In Flames, Part 2: The Enemy Around Us
Dr. Orchid's assistant Willy brings Jean-Paul back to the clinic where he meets the supposed giant he was about to fight, another patient named Lacktoss.
Orchid's daughter witnessed the near-fight and reports to her uncle Thomas, the leader of a cult called the Children of the Lava. He decides it is time to eradicate his brother's evil from the island.
The cult marches on Orchid's clinic. Azrael defends the clinic and drives the cultists off, but he is injured. Orchid tends to him, and while he is unconscious, creates a tulpa-like figure of Azrael to serve his bidding.
