Despite the Avengers' attempts to stop him, Osborn's plans are approaching fruition. Sharon Carther has fallen into his hands, and now the Red Skull has arrived in Latveria where Dr. Doom and Arnim Zola are recreating the device they need to retrieve Steve Rogers. But as he's been tossed through time, Steve managed to leave a message with the Vision.
