Hints And Allegations, Part 2: No Laughing Matter
| Release: | Nov 1998 |
| Cover: | Jan 1999 |
Catwoman keeps trying to evade the Joker, and the body count keeps rising. Jim Gordon calls on Batman, and tells him how Joker escaped and that he stole Arkham's prototype tracking system. With schematics, Batman can now track Catwoman as well, but he can't neutralize the chemical and she'll be trackable for thirty days. His plan? Put her in solitary at Blackgate Prison! It can withstand the Joker's attacks. But that's no good for Catwoman! She keeps running... towards the Joker! She catches up to his van (with a grille that looks like a horrible smile) and gets inside, but gets a dose of Joker venom! The next thing she knows, she's in the Gotham Dome, laughing while she implores people to get away from her, it's not safe near her!
