Following the events of issue #61 and "G.I. Joe: Special Missions #6," Outback has returned from Borovia. Much to the dismay of his fellow officers, it doesn't look like there's going to be a rescue mission organized to retrieve the other three. Even more unfortunately, the other three don't seem to realize that.
