As Dan attempts to resume some semblance of a normal life, Blackout returns to torment him. However, this time it seems Blackout has not come to fight but rather offer a truce. If Ghost Rider leaves him alone then he will not fight Ghost Rider. However, nothing in Dan and GR's life is ever that simple.
