With the war over, and his rule of Sakaar unquestioned, the Hulk has found a measure of peace. He helps to rebuild the cities wracked by war, and returns the Spikes to their place in open space. But when his people carry the ship that he arrived in out into the city to set it up as a memorial of his coming, the end of his time on Sakaar begins.
