Diana's personal life shatters as all her friends seek to abandon her. Julia asks her to not see Vanessa any more because of Vanessa's continuing nightmares. Steve Trevor needs time away to try and mend his relationship with Etta Candy. Even Hippolyta, Diana's mother, while visiting the U.N. wants the Amazons to be seen as teachers and friends and not as warriors and asks Diana to not accompany them during their visits.
