Hazel - Coven
| Cover: | 2017 |
Last year, Cottonbook designer Lucy Kagan created a 28-page witches' lifestyle zine featuring all the kinds of quiet woodland things a witch like Kiki of Kiki's Delivery Service might enjoy, so that one could sit on a porch or in a cafe and read something that makes one feel like a part of a magical world.
This year, several different artists have contributed to make it even better, and so the unifying theme for issue #2 is "coven." What does a coven mean in this context? It's a gathering of magical and creative energy from lots of different women we admire and want to bring together for a more wonderful project than before. From spells to recipes to short stories, this year's zine is bound to have a more well-rounded outlook, and we're so excited to share it with you. In addition, we've created two commemorative enamel pins, so don't forget to pick those up, too, to add to your wonderous wardrobe.
