Amazing Island

Description

This action-oriented life simulation from Sega is set on a remote island where players design and raise their own fantastic creatures. Once a happy place populated by the peaceful Maboo tribe, this amazing island has fallen victim to a malady known as the Black Evil. To defeat this force, and return the land to its gentle-hearted natives, players must enter a series of competitions that challenge their monsters with races, puzzles, and head-to-head battle. Luckily, the creation of these fighting monsters is limited mostly by the player's imagination, as a wide selection of body parts and add-on accessories allows for a nearly infinite number of possible combinations. The game's monster creator asks the player a series of everyday questions, such as a favorite drink or vacation activity, and then begins to design a creature based on the responses. The monster can then be further customized as the player sees fit.
