Bomberman Jetters

Description

The sequel to Bomberman Generation, the budget release of Bomberman Jetters has players taking control of the explosive character known as Bomberman in his attempt to destroy the four engines of a mechanical comet sent to obliterate the peaceful Planet Bomber. In addition to the single-player story line, players will also be able to compete with up to three friends in an assortment of multiplayer modes. New features to the game include five different battle stages and a variety of mini-games. Each bomb has attributes, which can be improved by combining or synthesizing powers of the basic bomb, lava bomb, aqua bomb, and wind bomb. Holding the attack button down also charges up the character for a more powerful release. In addition, Bomberman Jetters offers animal companions to hitch rides on, including a shark, bird, dinosaur, and other variants. They are needed to navigate the 3D worlds found in the single-player game, and will grant Bomberman the power to scale waterfalls, swim across rivers, jump over walls, and more. The creatures will also grow more powerful over time if players nourish them with fruit.
