Description

Dark Summit brings a dusting of role-playing to the growing ranks of "extreme sports"-styled snowboarding games. Like the breakaway PS2 hit SSX and the contemporarily released first-party Xbox title Amped, Dark Summit uses state-of-the-art technology to produce graphically believable, physically challenging 3D environments for virtual boarders to race and trick through. By supporting the gameplay with a light-hearted narrative framework of rivalry and skill development, however, this title also hopes to build a more meaningful relationship between the characters and the players who don their personas.
