Unusual bugs have started to invade Halloween Town and Jack discovers that these evil bugs are under the command of Oogie Boogie, a former holiday leader who is determined to take over Halloween for his very own. Now it is up to Jack and his friends to stop Oogie's evil plot and save Halloween.
