Inspired by the 2002 film starring pro-wrestler the Rock as the title hero, The Scorpion King is a 3D adventure featuring sword-swinging combat as Mathayus ventures across Egypt to stop a maniacal lord from ruling the world. Rather than follow the events as scripted in the movie, The Scorpion King game serves as a prequel, allowing the developers more freedom in creating action sequences and story. Players will be able to perform multiple attacks against a variety of creatures while battling their way through pyramids, across sand dunes, and more.
