Plot

Josh Ellroy thinks he has the perfect life--hometown hero, playing on his hometown team. When he's not left winger for the Kamloops Blazers, he's learning the cattle business on the biggest spread in the mountain valleys--his dad's ranch. One morning Josh finds more than a dozen More...dead cattle on his dad's ranch. With playoffs ahead and a chance to play a few games in the National Hockey League, Josh is afraid of what will happen if he gets too involved with the ranch business. But as he learns more, he's afraid of what will happen if he doesn't get involved.
