As graduation draws near, Sierra's life becomes a roller coaster of decisions as she loops, dips, and swerves through choices about friendship, honesty, and -- scariest of all -- college.Planning a college-scouting trip to Southern California with a few friends, Sierra hopes to stop at an amusement park on the way back. But word spreads, and now the whole gang wants to go! There's room for only so many people, and Sierra's afraid of hurting those she asks to stay home.During the trip to California, twists and turns keep Sierra off balance, including a skateboarding accident, a broken-down car, and even a surprise encounter with old friends.But the concerns winding through Sierra's mind are bigger than the twists and turns of any roller coaster. With college fast approaching, Sierra worries how her choices will affect her high school relationships. And should she wait to hear where Paul plans to go to college before making her decision?Nearing the end of the trip, Sierra decides the best way to handle a wild ride is to hold on tight, trust God to keep her on track -- and scream for all she's worth.
