Plot

Continuing their quest to free the animals at the Gnoo Zoo Carousel, Big Billy the panda bear and his friends - Miss Marbles, a vain ostrich; Einstein, an intelligent elephant; and the tomboy chimp twins, Chattaboonga and Boongachatta - turn to the Great White Tiger's friend the Snowkeeper for help.
