Justin glanced back inside the room. Already a small tongue of fire had caught at the top of the wooden door. He swung himself off the window's edge just as the entire door crashed in. The blast of heat singed his hair and face as he grabbed for the makeshift rope, which creaked ominously under his and Jenny's combined weight. . . . When a local gang terrorizes a friend's neighborhood, thirteen-year-old Justin and Jenny Parker join forces with a Vietnamese friend to expose the gang and bring the intimidation to an end. But in the process, the twins become the targets of those with the Dragon Mark.
