Plot

Adventures with the King is a series of four 18-page picture books―two books for boys and two for girls. They will help 4- to 8-year-olds understand their identity in God and their relationship with Him. Each book conveys a single Bible principle in a fun way and ends with “A Letter from My King” (God’s message to the child) and a “Treasure of Truth” (an applicable Bible verse).

In The Lord’s Army, Jake tries to force his dog to be part of his “army.” When Jake’s dad comes home from his military assignment, he teaches Jake that the best leaders lead like Jesus.
