Crazy Idioms is a high-beginning to low-intermediate basic course on idioms that is entertaining and fun and can be learned in a few weeks. Because it is easier to remember idioms that have something in common, the forty-five idioms covered in this text are divided into the following Animal Idioms, Color Idioms, Body Idioms, and Dangerous Idioms (idioms with double meanings). The exercises practice newly learned vocabulary and expressions. Each unit ends with a "talking page" that gives students practice in using idioms in semi-free conversation. Students will enjoy learning and will retain their new knowledge because of the fun they have had using Crazy Idioms.
