Plot

There's just something about the new kid that makes Gregory's skin crawl. For one thing, Tommy is just a little too perfect. For another, he's a know-it-all. Gregory's subject for the science fair is compassion. When his dad tells him that the way to feel compassion is to put himself in another person's shoes, Gregory invents a Compassionometer that should allow him to do just that. Only . . . the Compassionometer really works! What will happen when he puts himself in Tommy's shoes?
