Cultures 2: The Gates of Asgard

Description

The Vikings, that are well known from "Cultures - Discovery of Vinland" now spread over Europe and the Middle East. It's around the end of the first millennium. The story starts when Bjarni, the leading character of part 1, gets a sinister vision of Ragnarök, the final battle in the Norsemen's mythology.

In his vision Bjarni makes out himself fighting side by side together with three un-known heroes that he has never seen before. They fight against the terrible Midgard snake to prevent the end of the world.

The quest for an answer to that vision takes the player now across Europe. On his way he comes across the realms of the brave Franconia's, the technologic Byzantines and the mystic Saracens.

In each nation the players finds one of the heroes that must join his party. The end comes when the party is complete and the player col-lected all the pieces of a key that opens the gates of Valhalla where the final fight takes place
