Description

Using the same stunning visual style of the acclaimed Resident Evil series, Dino Crisis cranks up the shocks with a game set on an island overrun by dinosaurs. During the course of the adventure, Capcom turns the screw with a game that delivers intense arcade action, a succession of object-related puzzles and the ever-present fear that stalks Capcom's 'survival horror' genre.

Reports of unauthorised research within an apparently abandoned military science unit are accompanied by news of strange goings-on and missing persons. The base was previously the site of a top-secret experiment that was terminated following the mysterious death of its lead scientist. The government acts and sends an infiltration team to investigate.

• The game opens as it becomes apparent that the base is not as deserted as reports indicate. The player is thrown headfirst into a base filled with intelligent and cunning reptiles and tortuous puzzles. Traps and danger lurk around every corner, and only by surviving a series of encounters and solving related puzzles will the player stand a chance of ending the menace.
