Plot

To an exotic setting, intrepid reporter, and poisonous snakes, add a dash of drug running and some Mayan artifacts, then shake with a twist of lime. Lynn Evans is back in her second adventure. Taking time away from her job as a reporter, Lynn goes to coastal Belize to help on a Mayan archeological dig. The death of fellow volunteer Ann Wilson, officially ruled a drug overdose, arouses Lynn's suspicions, especially when three tourists say the woman Lynn knew is not the Ann they had traveled with. On expensive yachts and over tropical drinks, Lynn probes for answers among drug dealers and artifact thieves, while wondering if she can trust Yvette, the most seductive, yet by no means the least manipulative of Ann's supposed friends.
