Pp. 13-23, "Jonaexegese und Antijudaismus, " discuss commentaries on the Book of Jonah which include antisemitic comments. Jonah is considered as representative of the Jewish people who are unwilling to bring about the salvation of Nineveh. The fanatic Jew exhibits the intolerance of the Jewish people. Lists the names of German Protestant authors of such theories from the 18th century on, criticizing their attitude and contradicting the anti-Jewish conception of their exegesis.
