Frank Castle is in prison, but the Skrull attack has taken out the power in prison, so he doesn't stay very long. He immediately heads out in defense of the planet, but his efforts are interfering with those of S.H.I.E.L.D. and others. Meanwhile, Rampage learns something about the Punisher's past that he's truly unimpressed with.
