The Punisher is on the hunt for Melvin Jay, aka "Red" Fever, a mobster with a distinctive combination of red hair and freckles. He follows the man to Riverdale, where he's trying to establish a new base for crime. It's not long before a case a mistaken identity leads to all sorts of trouble for Red, as well as his doppelganger, Archie Andrews.
