As he struggles to help restore order to Gotham in the face of gang warfare, Nightwing continues to wrestle with the fact that he allowed Tarantula to kill Blockbuster. The guilt is starting to get to him, as he hesitates badly in a fire, nearly costing him his life. Oracle is growing more and more frustrated. She hasn't slept since the chaos started, and she's unable to do more than pass along Batman's orders. And the chain of events in this crisis are starting to feel familiar to Bruce. He hasn't yet figured out who started things off, but he has a sense of what's coming. Spoiler knows how it started though. Catwoman has stashed her with Holly and Karon, but she's determined to get out there and do something to make it right. Giving her babysitters the slip, she returns to the night to see what she can do. And a mysterious stranger is cutting his way through some of the highest ranking gang leaders in all of Gotham.
