In Russia, Red Star salvages the crashed rocket ship and recognizes its contents. In New York, Nightwing and company use the T-Jet to head towards Russia to retrieve their missing-in-action teammate. Red Star’s surrogate father, Dr. Pytor Raskov, works to save the life of the person within the rocket ship. Nightwing, Deathstroke, Dayton, Pantha, Phantasm and Arella arrive at the Science City Complex, where they meet with Raskov and Red Star. The group is horrified to discover Vic Stone has been rebuilt by Russian scientists as a brain-dead robotic stormtrooper. Claiming Cyborg in the name of Russia, Raskov orders Vic to attack the Titans.
