At the Wildebeest Lair, Jericho is anxious for the “transference process” to begin as he senses Donna Troy has returned from her trip to Greece. Donna Troy returns to New York to find the destroyed Titans Tower. Captain Hall informs Donna that Councilwoman Elizabeth Alderman wants the Titans to pay for all the property damage that has been caused. In Russia, Dr. Pytor Raskov orders Cyborg to attack the Titans. With Red Star’s urging, the kind-hearted scientist relents, allowing The Titans to take Cyborg to the United States. Red Star elects to join them to protect Russia’s interests. Upon arriving in New York, Nightwing downloads Troia on what has happened, as Nightwing and his new allies are attacked by Wildebeests. Meanwhile, Troia disappears in a bright flash of light. A captured Nightwing is brought before Jericho, who holds the kidnapped Titans in a large machine, saying that the transference will begin.
