"Nightmare at the North Pole!" - Dr. Polaris has returned, and is using his abilities to assault Green Lantern from a great distance away, attacking from his base at the magnetic North Pole. Combine this with sabotage to Ferris Aircraft, and Hal Jordan is in real trouble.

"Siege on Ranagar" - Kaskor has set up an assault against Ranagar, and Adam Strange learns about it from a spy at the last possible moment. He manages to lead a successful pre-emptive strike, but if the Zeta radiation can't be neutralized, he'll be sent right back to his foe's citadel.
