Ed Hallen was a man hearing voices in his head; the voices tells him to run down 4 drug addicts with his car; when he misses and is questioned by Batman, he gives them his Porsche, only to later blow it up with the addicts inside; Joe Potato tells Batman how he was hired anonymously to stop Hallen; Batman has Alfred research where Hallen works, which turns out to be an investment firm; Batman and Potato find Hallen there, threatening to kill his co-workers for providing him with Ecstasy which has given him the voices in his head; as Hallen was about to blow up a bomb he was carrying, Batman and Potato tossed him into the firm's safe, where Hallen detonated the bomb.
