The Tick's pageant hit a snag when Arthur and Paul the Samurai couldn't come up with a place to host it... but that snag was corrected with the surprising aid of... Chairface Chippendale and the Terror. Chippendale offers to allow them to use his theater for the pageant, so long as the villains are also allowed to participate, and as the theater is his, he names himself Producer. But is this all part of some dastardly scheme to take out all the Heroes in The City? And what will Chippendale do when he's passed up for part after part, despite being the only one present with a membership in the Studio Actor's Guild?
