The Titans battle Mammoth and Gizmo, part of their deal with San Francisco for Titans Tower - to escort supervillains to the reopened Alcatraz. Batman and Robin chat about Robin's dissatisfaction with concealing what he does from his father. Starfire lectures the Titans on Raven, since she has reappeared and that is generally a harbinger of evil. Determined to ensure Jericho remains dead, Deathstroke and his daughter Rose track Raven down to a church... of Blood. But they have little luck interrogating the fanatics there. Rose has reinvented herself as the new Ravager.
