Every psychic on Haight Street has suffered a seizure and the Titans want to know why. Robin has smuggled a Batmobile to San Francisco (hidden in the Batarang budget), so the Titans travel in style, until Kid Flash wrecks it! At the hospital, the psychics are somehow channeling Raven, who is desperate for help. Deathstroke and his daughter, now Ravager, pursue their own leads, removing body parts from cultists to make them speak, finally discovering that the Church of Blood has imprisoned Raven. Their plan is to ensure Jericho stays dead by murdering Raven. At the Tower, Krypto gets Superboy in trouble with Starfire. And then Superboy discovers just how Cyborg sleeps - in a disassembled state!
