"Call Him... Auron! God of Light! God of Death!" - Hal is found among the Omega Men, and the Citadelians try to take his ring for study. Their mechanical servants soon get a taste of the rings abilities, if not the ring itself. Hal tries to fight back, but there's a gap in the Corps knowledge and experience surrounding their home system of Vega.

"Outlaw of Rann" - Adam Strange returns to Rann, only to find that he stands accused of the murder of Alanna. He flees custody, realizing that Xar's plan is not what it originally appeared to be.
