Astro City: The Dark Age - Book Two

Charles and Royal Williams both have their own sets of problems.

Charles is isolated from his fellow officers in Major Crimes for refusing to take payoffs. His wife has left him for refusing to play ball, and Internal Affairs wants him to name the corrupt police officers on the force. All Charles wants to do is do his job.

Royal's getting noticed. He's been working for the Playtypus, but the gang war burning in Astro City's underworld mans he has to carry a weapon, even if he's too scared to load it. But now the Playtypus wants to give him his own crew.

But the assistance in the gang war that the Playtypus asked for has arrived in the form of Jitterjack, the Divided Man. And the Pyramid official accompanying him has a scar that Royal Williams will never forget.
