Frustrated by the fact that she knows so little about the Beta Suit, Ivy Raven returns to HeNRI to fill in the blanks. Confronting Professor Foster she learns that the suit is a massive power source that generates energy from the electricity firing in the synapses of the human brain.

Armed with a better explanation of what she's dealing with, Ivy calls to speak to Julie again. She tries to persuade Julie to come in, but her case isn't helped when she reveals that she's with Julie's sister Pam. But before Julie can come to any kind of decision, Dillon sees a figure coming up the road. The Omega has caught up to them.
