Ivy is tracking Julie and Dillon after their most recent encounter with the stranger called The Omega. Their conflict is leaving craters visible from the air in the Nevada desert.

Julie's horrified, thinking that the metal grafted to her may have killed Dillon, so she's immensely relieved when he regains conciousness. But in his daze, he had a vision of his girlfriend Annie, who warned him of something terrible. Now he's trying to persuade Julie to return with him to HeNRI.
