Aquaman, Vol. 4

Aquaman and Aqualad converse. Aquaman's insights help him begin to build a bridge with his protege, who at first was angry that Aquaman returned him to the city that exiled him only because he had purple eyes (even though they could save his life when no one else could). Aquaman then goes to the United Nations to plead on behalf of Poseidonis, a speech well received by man. But there is one man, the successor to the NKVDemon, who wants Aquaman dead! Fueled by steroids and extensively trained, this man gives Aquaman the fight of his life. And he never discovers who hired the man, a paid assassin, for as he sits in a Ryker's Island cell, someone murders him.
