Peter and Mary Jane are hitting it off nicely when the Rhino escapes and Spider-Man needs to go into action. The Rhino would have defeated Spider-Man too, if not for the intervention of a police officer. Spider-Man gets a sample of the Rhino's hide, which is enough for him and Curt Connors to cook up a little surprise for the rampaging villain.
