The team is trying to come to terms with Captain America's betrayal, when Iron Man learns that Captain America was not the traitor. In fact, the only one who could see the situation clearly was Thor, who knew that Loki was manipulating events from the sidelines. Even Thor didn't realize Loki's plan was to take control of the country.
