"Sub-Mariner versus the Human Race" - Namor has located Atlantis, and sends a message to the United Nations: access to oceans and the skies above them will no longer be permitted. The United Nations refuse to buckle under this threat, and Namor declares war. His soldiers quickly occupy large portions of the surface world, but not before Reed deduces a way to drive them back into the ocean. Namor takes Sue captive as he flees, and the FF follow him. When Sue's life is in jeopardy, Namor saves her, but the Atlanteans feel that was a betrayal and abandon him.
