Peter and the Kingpin have a very disturbing discussion. Not only does the Kingpin now know where Peter goes to school, but he owns the copyright to Peter's likeness, meaning every piece of Spider-Man merchandise he puts out generates revenue for the Kingpin. Every time Peter saves people, Spider-Man makes Fisk more money. What's worse, Kingpin reveals that he's fully aware of the plot against him, and who it really is under the Daredevil mask. Spider-Man brings that information back to the group, but not in the most effective manner.
