The traitor has been revealed, and it pushes Daredevil over the edge. Daredevil is aware of Vanessa Fisk, and that's who he targets. Spider-Man intervenes to try to talk him out of killing her. After all, without a witness who can press charges for an actual crime, there's nothing they can legally do to shut the Kingpin down, and they know it.
