S.H.I.E.L.D. does too, so Peter and Kitty part ways with the agency and head out on their own. When Peter gets home, Norman is there waiting for him, with a rather immodest proposal. Their discussion is interrupted by a broadcast on CNN featuring Harry Osborn.
