Harry Osborn announces on television the kind of person Norman Osborn really is, only to learn that was only broadcast to the television closest to Norman, as S.H.I.E.L.D. wanted to lure him in without actually giving him any air time. Spider-Man and Norman both show up at the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier, and Spider-Man joins the battle. The melee involved Spider-Man, goblin-powered Harry Osborn, and Hulkbuster equipped S.H.I.E.L.D. agents all attacking Norman Osborn. Norman and Harry face off a few times, and in his rage, Norman beats Harry to death. Realizing what he's done, Norman reverts to human form and asks to be killed, which Carol Danvers readily agrees to. Peter is furious that Harry is dead, especially since S.H.I.E.L.D. has a cure for Oz (which they swear was tried but didn't work), and storms away. The issue ends with Peter getting his entire class to talk about Harry, which they haven't done since he first left.
