Iron Man versus Gargantus

"Iron Man versus Gargantus" - Iron Man is making a name for himself as a crime fighter, though his appearance has a habit of frightening women and children. On the (accidental) advice of his current girl, he paints the armour gold in colour. When that same girl misses a date with him, he learns her entire town has cut itself off from outside contact. He heads into town as Iron Man, and learns that the town has fallen under the control of a neanderthal. Sizing up the situation, he decides on a course of action that takes care of Gargantus and frees the town, even though Gargantus was never quite what he appeared to be.

"Work Of Art" - Frans Ridderkerk is a talentless and unscrupulous painter, who decides to make a name for himself by copying others. He discovers the works of Rammp, an artist who paints the most lifelike still life paintings anyone has ever seen, and insists that Rammp reveal his secrets. He does so, but they are not as useful as Ridderkerk had hoped.

"Prophet of Doom!" - A man from the future comes to the twentieth century, planning to manipulate the world and hold it hostage by using his foreknowledge of events to threaten war.

"Wrong Number" - Joey Doakes was born too late. His interests and fantasies are rooted in the days of knights and kingdoms in jolly old England, and not in the present day. This, however, doesn't explain why he keeps getting items and messages sent to Sir Archibald Agincourt at his own address.
