Bruce Wayne is suspicious of recent strange crimes, which bear all the outward signs of the involvement of Doctor Death. He investigates further, and baits a trap with diamonds to follow the Doctor's lackey right back to the home base, where he discovers that Doctor Death did escape the fire.
