From the planet Rann, the Tornado Tyrant captures the Justice League, eventually overpowering them before they are suddenly rescued and returned to Earth by someone posing as their old enemy, Kanjar Ro. In fact, it is the Tornado Champion, the good other self of the Tyrant who, having learned from the League, returns to its planet to defeat its evil self.
