The Queen Bee forces the League to obey her commands and sends them to find three elixirs which will allow her to become immortal. Overcoming the protection around the vials, the League deliver them to Queen Bee who frees the League and sends them back to Earth. Unknown to her, however, before delivering the vials, the League took precautions which meant she would never be able to open them and gain immortality.
